d. Payments and Fees: Vendors agree to the payment and fee structure outlined in the Vendor Agreement, which is a separate agreement between Slickmall and the vendor.

e. Ratings and Reviews: Customers may provide ratings and reviews for products purchased from vendors. Vendors acknowledge that these ratings and reviews may be publicly displayed on the Website. Vendors agree not to manipulate or misrepresent ratings and reviews in any way.

f. Product Compliance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. Vendors must not sell counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous products on the platform.

g. Intellectual Property: Vendors represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any intellectual property (such as trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials) associated with their products. Vendors grant Slickmall a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote their intellectual property on the Website.

h. Termination: Slickmall reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Vendor Agreement.

4. Customer Terms

a. Product Information: Slickmall strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on the Website. However, Slickmall does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, specifications, or images provided by vendors.

b. Purchases and Payments: Customers may purchase products from vendors through the Slickmall platform. Payments are processed securely, and customers agree to pay the specified price for the products, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Slickmall may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.

c. Shipping and Delivery: The shipping and delivery of products are the sole responsibility of the vendors. Vendors must provide accurate shipping information and deliver products within the specified timeframes. Slickmall is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during shipping and delivery.

d. Returns and Exchanges: Slickmall aims to provide a satisfactory customer experience. Customers may be eligible for returns or exchanges in accordance with the Return and Exchange Policy, which is available on the Website. Vendors are responsible for handling returns and exchanges of their products, and Slickmall may facilitate the process as necessary.

Slickmall is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability
