Despite Slickmall’s extensive return and exchange policy, it’s important to recognize that vendors using our platform may impose their own unique return and exchange rules.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

   – Products must be purchased from Slickmall directly or through our verified vendors.

   – Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

   – Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

   – Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Process for Returns & Exchanges:

   – To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.

   – Provide the order details, reason for return or exchange, and any supporting documentation or images, if applicable.

   – Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

   – Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that the RAN is clearly visible on the outer packaging.

   – Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.

   – Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

   – Customers must contact the Slickmall support staff as soon as they initiate a return or exchange. All purchases on Slickmall are subject to a seven-day escrow hold before vendor payments are released.

3. Inspection & Approval:

   – Once vendors receive the returned item, their teams will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.

   – If the item is determined to be eligible for a refund, the vendor must authorize Slickmall support to process the refund in writing. In the event of an exchange, the parties’ subsequent mutual agreement will set the terms.

   – In case the item is found to be ineligible, we will notify you and discuss the available options.

4. Refund & Exchange Options:

   – Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

   – Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

   – Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will provide you with alternatives or process a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify vendor customer support team immediately.

   – Provide relevant details and supporting documentation, such as images or videos showcasing the issue.

   – Vendor will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

   – Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal care products, intimate apparel, or consumables.

   – Additionally, items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events may be marked as non-returnable, and this information will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Vendor-Specific Return Policies:

   – Some vendors on Slickmall may have specific return policies or exclusions for their products.

   – These policies will be clearly stated on the product listing page or during the checkout process.

   – Please review the individual vendor’s policies before making a purchase.

8. Changes to the Returns & Exchange Policy:

   – Slickmall reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
